2016 f150 Eco boost needed the exhaust manifold replaced. Way too much of a job for me to tackle on my own devices .... The whole process from start to finish was way better than I could have hoped for. Christian at the front desk took care of me and kept me in the know as the truck went through the process. He was VERY knowledgeable and answered all questions without doubt.

While the cost of the repair was pricey I am happy to know it was fixed in about two days. I didn't ever feel like i was being taken advantage of regarding price nor did I feel like the shop was incapable of repairing.

The team here is amazing. We were in Bend for the holidays and our truck battery/alternator died as soon as we arrived. When other local shops were too booked out to even look at it or didn’t care about our situation, Wade Bryant’s team was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to squeeze us in and got our truck fixed in time before our long drive home. Our alternator went out when we came up for our holiday vacation. We ended up having our truck towed to the local dealership at first. It sat at the lot for 3 working days without them looking at the truck to diagnose the problem and order parts. We called Wade Bryant Auto Repair services and told them about our issue. They said they would help get us back on the road even though their schedule was completely booked out. Within 3 days they got our repair done and back on the road!

They got me in quickly to inspect and assess damage to my Jeep after an unfortunate incident on icy roads. They listened to and addressed my concerns promptly and texted me a thorough inspection report. Repairs were done well and in a timely manner. Will definitely return for regular maintenance. Prices, availability, and service is better than the dealership I typically use.

Staff was awesome, work was done quickly and price of work done was much lower than the standard repair shop would cost.

Friendly and prompt. Gave a list of things I needed done and estimates. Prices were on the upper end of the range based on comparisons.

Great service. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were traveling on our way to Arizona when our A/C failed. They got us in on short notice, fixed our problem and got us back on our way. Everyone that we interacted with was professional and polite. Waiting area and bathroom was cleaner than many restaurants. I highly recommend this business.

Came in to see why a couple of my engine lights were on. Come to find out my O2 rear sensor was out so my vehicle could not go into AWD. Plus they did an overall check to see where a leak was coming from my car. Due to the age of my vehicle they were able to repair my vehicle and give me options of what needed to be done. All were very kind, courteous, honest and knowledgeable.

Love this place. I couldnt figure out why my car was acting the way it was when we had just fixed it took it to them and they looked at it and fixed a clamp that wasn't closed all the way.

Fixed my daughter's car for less than anyone else in town! Their diagnostic fee is at least half of everyone else we called in town too. Very thorough job!

I came to Wade Bryant's after an unfortunate incident with a deer and the hood of my car. They were the epitome of outstanding service. Throughout the entire incident they were incredibly helpful, empathetic and most importantly, HONEST, in their advice and guidance.

They helped me to the best of their abilities and in the areas they couldn't (mainly body work) they connected me with the right people who could. Because of Wade Bryant's, what could have been an incredibly stressful situation-- ok let's be honest it was still stressful-- but it became a more manageable situation. I felt supported and friendly with those I met at the shop.

Our car broke down while we were in Bend between Christmas and New Years. I was concerned that no one would be able to fix it before we had to leave with limited hours on the holidays. We had the car towed to Wade Bryant on Monday afternoon and within a few hours they called us back with the problem and the cost to fix it. By 11am the next day, we had our car back and running great.

If you need repairs done while in Bend, I would recommend this shop for courtesy, honesty, and promptness.

Despite many delays in getting the correct parts to fix my rear differential (partially the junkyard’s fault) Wade Bryant’s shop got the job done, and did it well. There was, however, room for improvement with their communication and follow up process. My Ford Explorer was in their shop for 3 weeks - the first two weeks not a single phone call was made for a follow up - instead I found myself having to call in to get any information/updates regarding my rig/parts. I had also asked for an emailed quote for the work, and inquired about getting a small fix on my passenger visor; I never got my inquiry on the visor answered, and was able to get an emailed quote for the rear diff work on the 2nd request a few days later. By the 3rd week, communication on the situation definitely improved from the shop personnel. They also ordered and paid for an additional part that was needed, and in the end refunded me $100 due to the inconvenience of my experience. The shop owner Terrance also apologized for the experience and worked on a Saturday to get my rig done for me. This situation started off rocky and ended redeemed. Thank you!

I had an extremely negative experience at a dealership in Bend, I called Wade Bryant Auto and spoke to Matt, not only did he help me in a very stressful and confusing time, but he got me on the schedule immediately and I had my broken down Lexus towed in to the shop. The mechanics at Wade Bryant fixed my problem in less than a day. Matt showed me the exact issue and the part that had failed upon pick up, and saved me $120 under the dealership quote. Wayde himself came out of the office upon pick up to wish me a good day, and everyone there was very happy and reassuring. I will never trust my automotive care to another shop in this town. My Mazda 3 broke down outside the painted hills. Got a AAA tow to Bend, and didn't know any mechanics in the area. AAA recommended Wade Bryant. My car got worked on quickly (even with an arrival in the late afternoon), and I was called the following morning with an estimate and diagnostic. The price was on the high side, but not totally absurd (like many other mechanics I have encountered). Work was completed in a timely manner and I picked up my car and was headed back home. Overall very satisfactory.

We have been using Wade Bryant's for years. They are professional, honest, and reliable. They always do a great job and take care of ALL of our family vehicles.

These guys were amazing! For starters, they answered the phone at 4:40pm on Friday. Many others didn't. We either got voicemail or the answer that everyone was booked out for the next 6 weeks...

We were traveling in Bend, hauling a large trailer with our diesel truck. Our check engine light came on. We figured out that it was one of the engine thermostats...which meant we wouldn't be able to haul our trailer home (or even drive the truck empty over the pass) without fixing the problem. Essentially, we were stranded. This shop answered the phone, and initially referred us to two other places. But, then they actually called us back and said the shop owner would take care of the problem for us first thing Monday morning. And they did. They even showed us the malfunctioning part, which was nice to know there was a real problem...

It is never a great time when you have to take your vehicle in for service but the folks at Wade Bryant's make it relatively painless. I have taken several of my vehicles there for regular maintenance and repair and have always been treated fairly. Communication is great with clear expectations bet in advance both Lee Ann and Matt are responsive and pleasant and the work has always been done on time and as quoted.
